The Condense is ridiculously long-lived, and could gift people with life… but her longevity was far beyond what any troll should be capable of naturally.

Is it possible she stole all that life from her people?

Could it be that lowbloods are not naturally that short-lived? That the Condense stole the livespans of lowbloods to extend her own and those of her loyal seadwellers subjugglators, leaving the lowbloods to die at the age of a dozen or two dozen sweeps? That she did this to enforce the idea that highbloods are better than lowbloods, and thus cement the twisted ideas of the hemospectrum?

I heard this theory before. It made sense to me then. Now there’s so much pointing to that theory being actual truth that my head hurts.
